Ce moment convivial permettra aux amapiens d’apprendre ou de perfectionner l’\u00e9visc\u00e9ration et la pr\u00e9paration des diff\u00e9rents poissons p\u00each\u00e9s et propos\u00e9s par J\u00e9rome Perthuy. Cet \u00e9change de savoir faire s’inscrit dans la d\u00e9couverte et le respect du poisson p\u00each\u00e9, garantissant ainsi une fra\u00eecheur optimale du produit ainsi qu’un \u00ab\u00a0circuit\u00a0\u00bb au plus court.<\/p>\n

Pour des raisons d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de commodit\u00e9 nous finirons la matin\u00e9e\u00a0 par un barbecue de poissons vid\u00e9s et pr\u00e9par\u00e9s durant l’atelier. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez inviter une personne de votre choix. J\u00e9r\u00f4me s’occupe du poisson, \u00e0 nous d’amener ce qui ira avec pour parfaire ce repas paimblotin.<\/p>\n
